How do I start a project with Acelizum Technologies?
Send us your goals through the form on this page or email hello@acelizumtechnologies.com. Describe the workflow you want to build or fix, any systems it has to connect to, and your target timeline. We reply within one business day with initial questions and a suggested approach.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
You get a reply from an engineer, not a sales rep. We ask about your data, users, and integration points, then propose an architecture, a milestone plan, and a cost range. Nothing is billable until you have that written scope and agree to it.
How much does a custom software or AI project cost?
Cost tracks scope, integrations, and how much of the system already exists, so we quote per project rather than publishing a rate card. After a scoping call we give you a fixed range tied to defined milestones, and we tell you early if your budget and requirements do not line up.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused integration or AI workflow usually takes two to six weeks. A full platform such as an operations system or booking product typically runs three to six months, delivered in reviewable increments so you see working software throughout rather than only at the end.
Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes. We sign your NDA before any technical discussion, and we can provide ours if you prefer. Client code, credentials, and business data stay confidential during the engagement and after it ends.
Do you work with clients in other time zones?
We work with clients across the US, UK, Europe, and the Gulf, and we keep overlapping hours for calls and reviews. Day-to-day updates run through your preferred channel — email, Slack, or WhatsApp — so progress stays visible regardless of the time difference.
